Immunity Shot Recipe

If you’re in need of an immune system boost then this juice is for you!

Simply shake all ingredients in the jar and keep covered in the fridge.

Ingredients:

Juice of 5 lemons

1.5 cups of coconut water

1 tsp cayenne pepper

3 tsp turmeric powder (alternatively 1 tsp fresh turmeric grated)

This will make 7 x 30ml shots – so one for every day of the week!
