Ingredients:

2 bananas

2 eggs

1/2 cup rolled oats

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Pinch of salt

Optional toppings: maple syrup and fresh fruits

 

 

 

Directions:

  1. In a blender, combine the peeled banana, eggs, oats, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Blend until the mixture is smooth and then leave the mixture to stand for 15 minutes (this will help thicken the mixture)
  3.  Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat
  4. Fry until golden on both sides of the pancake
  5. Serve with chosen toppings.
