1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of salt
Optional toppings: maple syrup and fresh fruits
- In a blender, combine the peeled banana, eggs, oats, baking powder, and salt.
- Blend until the mixture is smooth and then leave the mixture to stand for 15 minutes (this will help thicken the mixture)
- Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat
- Fry until golden on both sides of the pancake
- Serve with chosen toppings.
